I placed an order. When will I receive it?

Our average turnaround time for our orders is less than 15 Business Days. This will vary from season to season.

Can I get my order in a rush?

On certain products we can help you with this.  Certain items we can produce quicker than others so please feel free to contact us and let us know your needs and we will do our best to accommodate.  

How do I pay for my order?

Direct deposit, credit card, PayPal, cheque or cash.  Whichever is easier for you.  Your invoice will come from WSC Image.

Can I get samples to try on?

We can provide you with sample sizes for your staff to try on.  We will invoice you for the samples at regular price.  You have 15 days to return the samples for a full refund.  Should you decide to keep the samples after 15 days we offer a 20% discount for the blank sample items.

I don’t see “Product X" on the site is it available?

We do try and keep our site stocked & updated with the most popular products.  However if you see a
product you want and it is not listed please email rick@wscimage.com and I will find your item.

Refunds

At WSC Image, we specialize in custom products and services. Due to the unique nature of our offerings, we do not provide refunds. We understand the importance of ensuring your complete satisfaction, which is why we strive to be proactive in our service. Before proceeding with an order, we make sure to obtain your final approval to ensure that the end result meets your expectations. However, once an order has received your final approval and is completed, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds. We appreciate your understanding in this matter and are committed to delivering a high-quality experience for all our customers.
